January 28, 2021: Full (Wolf) Moon – Captured using my son’s telescope
This Thursday ‘s vivacious sunset and massive circular-appearing sun began the first beautiful event of the evening. The real finale was the premier of the first full moon of 2021. If you recall, December 30, 2020, was the last time the moon appeared full.
Tonight’s Wolf Moon appeared bright and luminescent just as my dreams. It was yet another wondrous evening experienced alongside my children. We observed the full sun setting in the west, as by late evening, my son located the moon’s position with amazement. I love his passion for the astronomical events that I believe uniquely inspire us to do and become better.

My son and I frequently use his telescope so he may learn how to capture events himself. His passions for studying the moon phases are so intense, he’s managed to tell himself he will one day, “travel to the moon.” Minds like his at just the age of six who possess goals, dreams and visions inspires me to want to do better each and every day. His brilliance is admired and respected.
Earth is such a beautiful place to exist that humanity is now trying to establish habitable conditions in the astronomical anonymities above. Leave it to innovation and innovators to make it possible. I think it’s amazing how advanced technology is today to even study something so endlessly-seeming.
As for those special innovators, it’s important to address humanity must learn to love our own planet before potentially wrecking havoc throughout other realms of the universe; however, that’s a topic of discussion for a whole other day. Blessings.
